Empowering Young Minds: Aditya Alumina Refinery Launched “Gyanvriddhi Paathshala”
Rayagada (Badal Tah):Aditya Alumina Refinery, a unit of Hindalco Industries Limited, Aditya Birla Group, has taken another significant step towards strengthening education in its peripheral communities. It proudly launched “Gyanvriddhi Paathshala” at Kadapadar village, an initiative aimed at enhancing the education standards of children through Remedial Coaching Centres.
These centers are designed to not only improve academic performance but also instill moral values and holistic development in young students. In the first phase, 10 centers will cater to students from Grade 1 to 5, with future expansion planned for students up to Grade 8.
The launch event was graced by Mr. Mazhar Beig, Unit Head & President along with senior leadership including Dr. Krishna Padhi, Cluster HR Head, Kaushikisharan Mishra, Vice President, Basudev Khuntia, Head F&C, Deepak Mohanty, Head HR, Siba Mohapatra, Cluster Head CSR and Tanmaya Mohanty, Head CSR.
On the occasion Beig said “The initiative underscores our commitment to nurturing young talents and shaping a brighter future for the next generation. We look forward to seeing these centers make a lasting impact on students and their educational journey.”
