STUDENTS STUCK AT KOTA RETURNING BY BUS TO UNDEVIDED KALAHANDI.

KALHANDI:Kota in the state of Rajasthan is now the hotspot in coaching of the aspirants students for their better performance in Medical and engineering entrance. Students from all across the country rush there to get better coaching .Covid-19 has made them stuck in Kota due to lack of communication because of ongoing lockdown. Every state Govt. is trying to their level best to bring back these students after getting pressure from parents.
Students from Undivided Kalahandi were also stuck at there and while their colleagues belongs to other states have returned back from Kota, only the students belongs to undevided Kalahandi were at there in their respective boarding Hostels even they were staying alone in a building. The students facing problems at sent several videos to their parents and the parents knock the door of the administration.
Ex- union minister Bhakta Charan Dash talked with Rajasthan Govt regarding shifting of the students of Odisha as well as Kalahandi. Like that CLP leader and Bolangir MLA Sj. Narasingha Mishra, Khariar MLA Sj. Adhiraj Mihan Panigrahi have requested in writing to the Odisha Govt to intervene into the matter to bring back the students.
Odisha Govt appoint two senior Officer as the designated officer regarding students at Kota and as per the Union Home Ministry guide lines necessary instruction has been passed.
For the Kalahandia students several media persons, educationist like Dr. Digamber Patra from abroad and Dr. Akshya Nanda, Social activist Hrusikesh Mishra have taken initiatives inthis regards. Atlast it can be possible to return back the students on own transportation cost and as such Kota District Magistrate has arranged two buses for their transit with a travelling pass vide order no. 4068 and 4067 dated 01.05.2020 for the two buses RJ20-PB 1217 & RJ20-PB 1221 and Kalahandi District Magistrate has issued travel pass vide order no.612 dtd.01.05.2020 in this regards for the travel of 22 students belongs to Dharamgarh Sub Division, 13 students from Bhawanipatna Sub-Division and 10 students from Nuapada district with one mother. These students have started their journey from Kota towards Nuapada and kalahandi.
In this concern Rajasthan deserves a big thanks for taking care of these students at Kota. Further it is to be stated that standard procedure is being taken by the Odisha Govt for the every people who are coming from outside. Though home coming is a matter of joy but remaining in quarantine is no doubt a mental pressure for these young children. But it has to be done looking at a larger perspective, to fight corona .
