Major Reshuffle in Odisha’s Senior IPS Cadre, Twin City Gets New Commissioner
Bhubaneswar: The BJP government in Odisha made a major reshuffle in the IPS cadre on Sunday. Suresh Dev Datta Singh was appointed as the new head of Twin City Commissionerate Police.
According to the notification of the Home Department, Singh, who is presently posted as Additional DG of Police (Operations), will replace IPS Sanjeeb Panda. IPS Panda will be posted as ADG, Training and Director, BPSPA.
IPS Pinak Mishra, who is presently posted as Puri SP, transferred and posted as DCP, Bhubaneswar.
Bhubaneswar DCP Prateek Singh has been transferred and posted as Rural SP, Cuttack.
A.K. Ray, at present Director, Printing, Stationary and Publication, Odisha, Cuttack, is transferred and posted as D.G. of Prisons and Correctional Services.
S.M. Narvane, at present OSD Home Department, Bhubaneswar, is transferred and posted as Director. Printing, Stationary and Publication, Odisha, Cuttack.
Vinaytosh Mishra, at present Director SCRB, Odisha, Bhubaneswar, is transferred and posted as ADG, CID-CB.
R.P. Koche, at present Addl. D.G of Police SAP, Odisha, Bhubaneswar, is transferred and posted as Director. Intelligence, Odisha, Bhubaneswar.
Radha Kishan Sharma, at present Addl. D.G of Police (Headquarters.), Odisha, Cuttack, is transferred and posted as Special Secretary, Home Department.
Saumyendra Kumar Priyadarsi, at present Director Intelligence, Odisha, Bhubaneswar, is transferred and posted as ADGP, Modernisation.
Dr. Santosh Bala, at present Special Secretary to Govt. Home Department in the rank of Addl. D.G of Police in additional charge of CMD, OPHWC, is transferred and posted as Director SCRB & SFSL.
Arun Bothra, at present Addl. D.G of Police CID CB, Odisha, Cuttack additional charge of CRUT, is transferred and posted as ADGP Railways and Coastal Security.
Dayal Gangwar, at present AddI. D.G of Police. Modernisation, Odisha, Cuttack, transferred and posted as ADGP, Headquarters.
Rajesh Kumar, at present Addl. DG of Police Railways & Coastal Security with additional charge of Director SFSL, is transferred and posted as ADGP, SAP.
- Shyni, at present IG of Police BPSPA, Odisha, Bhubaneswar in an additional charge of I.G.P. CAW &CW, is transferred and posted as I.G.P. CAW & CW.
