“We are your fan” -Three Destitute Women Yet to Cover Under SSS

Paralakhemundi:At Kashinagar block of Gajapati district under social security scheme both by state & central governments though highly published. But plain truth comes where 3 old women of Kashinagar block yet to br registered for pension.

They are alone no siblings beside them. At 6th ward of Chera street of Kashinagar NAC Punaru Nehera(73) is staying alone. Her husband expired & no assets with her nor any children. No one to take care. Except 5kgs of rice by ration cards nothing more she is getting. Whole year she sleeps at other verandahs.

Another woman named Elamar Raju(70). She too alone by leaving her husband. Only support of 5kgs rice than nothing. Conditions of Ela Manjari(75) &Alekha Narsinghamma (75)too same like above.21 years back she arranged marriage of her daughter Alekha at Andhrapradesh. On her marriage Kashinagar people supported. So likewise all those women on drastic situation to live. On behalf of locals appealed
