PDS ROLLICKING DOOR TO DOOR AT GUMMA

Gumma,(Gajapati):Lock Down no doubt lacklustre for hand to mouth citizens still at support & services door to door campaign to distribute PDS rice started at Gumma block of Gajapati district.Formally launched at Jeeva, Namangada, Bhubani,B.Kalakote Panchayats.BDO Natabar Garada said that this will cover all panchayats.

So far 346 migrants are under Quarantine at the block. Further action taken to open temporary health centres @250 beds in all panchayats soon. Those black marketers selling at high prices of essential commodities cautioned.

 Besides that for medical pleas those who are moving are strictly interrogated by local Police. Cooked food is supplied by the personal guidance of Jikiriya Raita Sarpanch of Gumma. Suresh Majhi Addl Tehsildar,Supply Officer Subhendu Panigrahi,IIC Anand Chandra Patra with his Police staff Santos Nayak & Rajib Sabar are round the clock on vigilant squad to monitor day to day happenings.
