Paralakhemundi:Akhay Trutiya a festival to launch year strive of food production & security by farmers. At Gajapati district on behalf of Agriculture department at Gumma block of Parsamba village observed.
As guest of honor Alok Kumar Pradhan,Chief District Agriculture Officer Kailash Chandra Behera graced & with traditional rituals program started. ZP members with other PRI members including Sarpanchs of Jeeva, Tarangada & Munising were also present. Other district officials eg, Veterinary Officer Dr. Ramakant Rana, KBK Scientist Dr. Sanjeeb Mandi, Horticulture Officer Dilip Dingal, Executive Engineer of Agriculture Ramesh Singh, Addl. District Agriculture Officer Ironiyus Pradhan shared on various technical aspects to improve agriculture practices. How those schemes of state & centre will benefit those farmers & ensure more productions they quipped. Gumma block Agriculture Officer Narayan Chand, other officers JSuraj Patra, Sanghamitra Pradhan, Subhashree Priyadarshini, rural agriculture staff coordinated the program successfully.
