RKS Fund Misappropriation at Chandragiri CHC in Gajapati

Paralakhemundi,13/04/23: It reported at CHC Chandragiri Misappropriation of RKS(Rogi Kalyan Samiti) fund found.
As per the source, the accountant is severely manhandling and manipulating those funds .
Its’ worth mention that the funds which is to be used for the need of patients.
Despite several complain action yet to taken.13 Gram Panchayats’ elected representatives including learned persons severely hurt and placed through memorandum to Gajapati District Collector.
After the said news came on various Print & web media District Collector Lingaaraj Panda formed an enquiry team led by Dr. Pradip Kumar Patra, CDMO Gajapati district with another 4 members. The team visited and start investigations.
Meanwhile Sarpanch and other elected representatives with learned persons gheraoed the team and sought demand on transfer of Accountant.
Various irregularities in CHC, lack of transparency in account keeping on RKS fund, misutilization of Kayakalpa fund.
Notably. the CHC got award on Kayakalp but due to some dishonest staff CHC maintaining indiscipline and getting offence too due to that Accountant.
The patients and staff too exploited by him. On SBI of Mahendragada branch account maintained where RKS fund too deposited.
Among those delegates Rajanikant Pradhan Sarapanch, Dhadiamba Sarapanch Brundaban Paik, Samiti Member Rejina Nayak, Jirango Sarapanch Padmini Sabara, Manikapur Sarapanch Laxman Paik, samiti Member Yuba Sarapanch Jhikariya Raita, General Secretary of BJP of Chandragiri zone Tapan Kumar Nayak & among others Sibaram Mahankuda, Ramachandra Badakumoro, Ward Member Rina Kumari Pradhan were present during investigation. Dr. Patra CDMO said investigation is continued & on fault he will be taken legal action.
