On the eve of institution’s silver jubilee Year among 50 other scholars Acharya Binod Chandra Jena honored by Amit Banerjee, Pro-Chancellor of Sikhya O Anusandhan University of Bhubaneswar through Apurva Bigyan Mela.In absence of Nitin Gadkari Union Minister of Road & Transport due to illness;who was available virtually also acknowledged his compliments to those dignitaries,honored by ARTBSE. Among others Brahmanand Swain Coordinator & Suresh Agarwal Secretary of ARTBSE were present.His great feat lauded by Scholar Purnachandra Mahapatra,Dr. Kalyani Mishra, Asalata Panigrahi,Bichitranand Bebarta,Bharatbhushan Mahanty,Bhagabat Padhi & Prafulla Chandra Panigrahi.
