Development Officer-cum-Executive Officer Lalit Kumar Kanhar,Garudadhwaja Choudhry graced as guests.Dwijen Padhi quipped his views as chief speaker.Guests highlighted role of media crews to visit at dire straits despite hot summer,heavy rain & severe cold.Even in those jeopardy communication they collect information to ascertain before district administration. Among others media representatives Tarini Prasad Panda, Basant Panda, Rupesh Kumar Sahu, Saroj Bira, Dilip Satpathy spoke on the occasion.
