Paralakhemundi-A philanthropic gesture from an young samaritan,who had a supporting hand for underprivileged children. Those children are staying at an orphanage home.
They hardly get time for any entertainment. Still an energatic youth,named Debi Prasad Dash,had a helping hand to offer scope those children to see “Daman” film. They never expected to cherish smile on a great get together. That film now established a unique record where script related of a real story of a doctor who had an apt dedication at interior part of Malkangiri district for his exquisite heath services.Portrayed by Babushan Mahanty,as role of that doctor;who had a long marathon services for those backward community of interior part of Malkangiri.He got high applause,where those villagers once forced by quacks for minor treatment by streaming huge hard earned amount with a belief of superstitions. But innovation to sensitize those grassroots had tough task of that doctor who had to walk miles together & even shouldered a pregnant woman with the help of villagers to create best belief on medical attentions.That script has got versatility on national level,where now released in most of the part of Indian cities. Those orphan children, who viewed that film had great smile.Debi Prasad Das activist cum Secretary of BJD Youth Wing said this is just a stepping stone to give opportunity to those underprivileged children. Moreso this film will definitely melt heart of emerging youths,who have great smile to serve for grassroots.
