Children’s Day by DCPU Gajapati

Paralakhemundi- On behalf of District Child Protection Unit(DCPU) Gajapati children’s day observed. Named the program as “Mahak 2022”,where more than 80 inmates of various orphanage homes of Gajapati district participated their performances.They participated on song, dance, debate, quiz, painting competitions. On morning inaugural session District Judge Pranab Kumar Routray graced as chief guest; where Collector Lingaraj Panda, Magistrate Satyabrat Rana, SP Jayram Satpathy graced as guests of honor.
At valedictory session ADM Sangramsekhar Panda, Secretary of DLSA Rabinarayan Behera, Executive Officer of Paralakhemundi Municipality Jubilee Charan Behera graced as guests.Speakers highlighted on great feat of those inmates who deprived of love of their parents still serious on their studies & extracurricular activities. They can prosper with better guidance from boarding management where they are staying. Besides that district administration too at their support to refill their career building. Winners got prizes from guests. Those winners will participate on state level competitions.
If they qualify in state level then they will participate in national level. Earlier too on twice those children won prizes on various events on national level.DCPO Arun Kumar Tripathy & staff of DCPU coordinated the program. Chairperson of CWC Alaka Sahu conveyed vote of thanks.
