Illegal Sand Transportation from Vanshadhara River

Paralakhemundi-Years together this has been regular case of illegal sand transportation from Odisha region of Vanshadhara river bed. Tractor owners & employees have mixed under current which dared to sweep transportation to Andhrapradesh border. Through tractor by big dipper tons of sand has been transported.This reflects affect ob climate change like flash flood. A memorandum given to Collector Gajapati by local association. Rather for host like Kashinagar, Gumma & Paralakhemundi scarcity of sand found where construction works hampered. Lease to be prepared from Tehsildar Kashinagar on a prescribed form. This too affect livelihoods of local massion labourers. Sub Collector retorted to take action against those illegal transporters. Moreso due to lack of industrial resources only revenue collection meant from sand lease. So such sensitive issue is an abrupt situation prolonged in district said learners where district loosing huge revenue.
