Death in Dengue False-MO Mohana

Paralakhemundi- Since last few days dengue fever affected in the district. At Mohana panchayat this too spread. Some persons infected. Among them 2 patients referred to Brahmapur. Due to lack of CBC test they have to pay penalties for which they are bound to refer at Visakhapatnam or Brahmapur. On last Sunday & Monday blood collected for test. Staff from Hi-Tech reached at Mohana & on report found 31 cases are positive with dengue. Among them 2 patients admitted at Mohana CHC rest sent to home. Till today 52 patients blood tested. Among them 3 are negative of dengue. Special ward opened at CHC. But rumor of 7 death is false said Dr. Namita Panda, Medical Officer of CHC.
