Youth Drowned at Pond

Paralakhemundi-On a traumatic incident at Bandhaguda village of Merapalli panchayat under Mohana police station, an youth named Krushnachandra Nayak drowned in the village pond.His body recovered by Mohana police. On Wednesday evening he went for bath but did not return till night. One person found his towel at coast of pond. With a doubt he told to villagers & deceased family rescued him at wee hours.At Mohana CHC doctor declared him dead. Case 10/22 registered at Mohana police station & body sent to Brahmapur for postmortem. SI Krushnachandra Mallick said that investigation is going on.
