Bhagabat Padhi,OdishabrtaParalakhemundi-Manas Kumar Mangaraj had been entrusted for both PRI & Urbal Local Body(ULB)Council elections for Gajapati district. His outfit really successful to prove his elegance where in both sectors BJD on rampage. In PRI election in all 7 blocks BJD garnered leading & out of 14 seats BJD could win with 12 seats. That proved his marathon  contribution too. For which Chief Minister declared him for Rajyasabha seat indeed boon for Gajapati too. That too reflected among party workers who had all whirlwind efforts. A pivot role he played as a key player by BJD party where for the first time BJD won in all 7 blocks & too led in ULB made blank to Congress.
