Paralakhemundi- Titli hovered children who lost their parents on diehard cyclone are rehabilitated in various schools for their higher studies.At Collectorate Collector Gajapati Lingaraj Panda honoured Rama Bhuyan a victim of last Titli cyclone,to loss his parents.

Rama Bhuyan lost his parents & only sister during 2018 Titli cyclone. Rama & his 2 brothers under captive of district administration.They are residing at Vivekananda Residential School at Uruda of Gosani block. Rama qualified to get scholarship in 3rd std in district level. Attention given both psychological & physical progress so that,they never feel those  traumatic memory instead of rolling them towards mainstream of education.Simanchala, brother of Rama, who qualified in entrance & studying at Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya at Lingipur. Administration too provided computer tablets to ensure their interest on career building. Among others DCPO Arun Kumar Tripathy was present.
