Gajapati District Awarded for Child Protection on National Level

Paralakhemundi-Gajapati district awarded among 20 other districts of India on national level for child protection & safety. At Delhi held at Vigyan Bhawan,Collector Gajapati Lingaraj Panda received citation honor. Organized jointly by National Child Protection Commission & Narcotics Control Bureau,Collector Panda has been felicitated for great contributions to uplift safety of children & their protections.
Being the backward district Gajapati,reminiscened by child trafficking, involvement on child labour,inhibiting with drugs & attrocities against children became day to day affairs. So district administration formed committee on child protections & regular sensitization at grassroots level enhanced mobility to bring those children towards mainstreaming. Those children sent to nearest Ashram Schools, scope afforded to join on ITI & Diploma courses, fiddled their strong empowerment to those children & their parents. Case also lodged against 35 miscreants who engaged children through trafficking to move them cities like Coimbatore, Chennai, Mumbai, Surat & Goa.19 cases registered against those culprits.Support from Police,Drug Control Agency & Excise Department,too, stimulated to reduce all such hazardous on children.
From various corners applauded to district administration & district child protection unit & more diehard efforts of DCPO Arun Kumar Tripathy.Further so far those vulnerable children could be supported for adoption of babies by those adopted parents from Delhi, Karnataka, West Bengal, UP, Kerala & Bihar with all legitimate documents they were handed over for those children safety & security.More than 30 cases of adoption taken by Gajapati district administration to reduce vulnerability.
