Being seat reserved for SC woman candidate as Chairperson of Paralakhemundi Municipality council, vibration whispering for Khageswari Behera, ex-councillor of said council.For straight election of Chairperson, entire Paralakhemundi town stupefied spelling her name for the said post. All parties now wagoning to choose their candidates for chief of ULB post.From 3rd ward of town Khageswari Behera is now at ramp. From Congress she won earlier & more popular for commitment on development plank.
