Paralakhemundi-Adava Police made a major intervention to strangulate a ganza mafia don. Radhakant Nayak of Raipanka village under Adava police station(ps) since last 5 years bewildered with under current smuggling of ganza & transportation to interstates eg, Delhi,Kerala, Chennai,Goa, Bihar, Tamilnadu. On variour areas his assets costed 1.18crore with all movable & immovable has been frozen as instructed by NDPS Competitive Authority. On his name 10 at Gajapati, 3 at Rayagada & 1 crime cases registered. He absconded once before police. After getting information about his station at Mysore on last March 2021 & arrested him. Later on gathered all about his assets analysis & handed over to NDPS Competitive authority. At Mohana police station premises ASP Bamdeb Singh given derails on press meet. Among others SDPO RUdayagiri Dilip Kumar Nayak, DSP Paralakhemundi Rajkishore Das, HRPC DSP Kailash Chandra Buruda, IIC Adava Anand Chandra Patra were present.
