GAMBLING DENS BUSTED IN GANJAM

Ganjam: Continuing crackdown against gamblers in the silk city, Ganjam police on Tuesday raided a gambling den in Khandadeuli under Purusottompur PS limit and arrested over 11 persons the cops seized cash Rs 20,940/-
Acting on reliable information regarding the anti-social activity, cops conducted raids across Purusottampur.During the raid cop apprehended the gamblers while they were engaged in the illegal activity.
In a telephonic conversatation SP Ganjam,Mr Brijesh Rai told “This will be a continuous process till end of such illegal activity”.
Confirmed souce said,Purusottampur PS in Ganjam busted a gambling den at village Khandadeuli and arrested 11 gamblers with seizure of Cash Rs.20,940/-and 04 Mobile handsets.
