Road Communication Disrupted at Interior Pocket

Paralakhemundi:After 75 years of Independence we still to get road communications. Particularly at interior still this a crucial where recently by a cot a pregnant mother taken to hospital.

At Lailai panchayat covered with forest of Rayagada block from Karjeesahi to Sanaloba due to lack of regular road communication, where recently such situation arised to shoulder an woman for maternity care by a cot nearly 2.5kms.So more than 100 villagers of Lailai panchayat led by Samiti Member Mohan Bhuyan picketed in front of Collectorate at Paralakhemundi with placards & slogans. They submitted memorandum too. For 3 hours they stranded after which staff of district administration assured to sort out their problems. Later on they withdrew picketing.
