Nine armed Maoists Dragged a Gram Rakhi

Rayagada: After a long gap of silence, around nine armed Maoists belonging to Vamsadhara-Nagavali-Ghumusar divisional Committee dragged a Gram Rakhi named Santosh Dandasena out of his house situated in Tikarapada village under Ambadola police station during late night of last Tuesday and shot him dead from point blank range. They left the corpse outside the village with two posters written to media persons, which charged Dandasena as police informer. Dandasena did not budge to warnings of this ultra extremist group for several times and continued to inform police about their activities. Others will face the fate of Dandasena, if they do not submit to their warnings, according to the said banned Maoist group.
