4 Quintal Ganja Seized

Paralakhemundi:While patrolling near Khariguda under Adava police limits by Hrushikesh Panda SI & staff found an auto(OD 07S 4364) came from Gunduripanka village with ganza & trying to load in a truck (WB73D 4941).Meanwhile on suspicion & raided 452 kgs of ganza & also seized truck, auto with 2 bikes(OD07W 7453 & OR07 V 3378).Those ganza was about to be taken to Patna of Bihar as an inter state racket. Driver Pankaj Kumar(25),helper Santos Bhagat(40) & from Adava Adi Natak(21), Pradip Nayak(35), Rajish Nayak(55) & Krisant Nayak(25) arrested. All are forwarded to court. This indeed consecutive twice inter state racket. Seized ganza would have costed above 20 lakhs rupees, says Anand Chandra Patra, IIC of Adava.
