Nandanik’s play from Koraput featured in Online Theatre Festival of EZCC, Government of India

Koraput:The Odia play, Asantu Banchiba, by Nandanik, a theatre group based in Koraput was featured on the first day of the four day online theatre festival organized by Eastern Zonal Cultural Centre (EZCC), under Ministry of Culture, Government of India.
The festival is being held from 22-25 July 2021 virtually on the Facebook page and Youtube channel of EZCC. Teams from Bhubaneswar, Puri, Khurdah, Sambalpur, Rourkela, Kalahandi, Paradip, Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Dhenkanal and Koraput is participating in the festival.
Nandanik’s play, Asantu Banchiba, is themed on Covid-19 awareness. It is written by Dr Sourav Gupta, space & costume design by Saumendra Swain and directed by Monideepa Gupta. 12 young actors from different educational institutes of Koraput participated in the drama.
