Most Wanted Dhananjaya arrested by STF,Odisha

Bhubaneswar:STF arrested one Dhananjaya Sahoo from Naugaon of Jagatsinghpur on Sunday night .Total 5 numbers of illegal Country made Pistol/Sixers and six live ammunitions were seized from his possession. Sahoo the master accused by STF during April, 2021, U/s.25/27 Arms Act.in which earlier 8 Nos of fire arms and 20 nos of live ammunitions’ were seized.

Previously two accused persons were arrested but Dhananjaya escaped narrowly from STF grip and since then was absconding.Preliminary investigation suggest Dhananjaya also involved in Malgodwan case No – 253 dtd.14.12.2020 under illegal arms Act.

This is worth to mention that STF since 2020 in a special drive has seized 37 Nos of illegal arms and  and 76 Nos of ammunations.
