Excise Conducted Massive raid in Ganjam

Chatrapur:As per the direction of collector & SP,Ganjam Tuesday a massive joint Excise raid been conducted with the Ganjam Police,Excise alongwith Magistrate by Soroda Multi Disciplinary Squad in village Mathakhala, Lathipada, Bada pana Sahi, Sana pana Sahi, Kapakhala, Badua, Majhipalli, Gudidhipa, Kendupalli, Sarnauti under Sorada Excise Station area under direct supervision of Tahasildar Sorada and Dy.Superintendent of excise Ganjam.
According to Superintendent of Excise,Ganjam during raid 2610 Ltrs of ID.Liquor, 17340 Ltrs of gur/ mahua wash and many distillation apparatus are seized and destroyed.In this connection15(fifteen)person have been arrested by Excise & Police Officials. The team consisting of Inspector of Excise,Aska,District Striking Force unit,Chatrapur,IIC,Police,Sorada and OIC,Soroda .
