OSA, Member of Rayagada no More (!).

Rayagada:A doyen of Odia literature Dambarudhar Patnaik is no more.Fought hard against Corona he felt ill & admitted at Rayagada District Head Quarter Hospital. After symptoms detected of Corona he had been transferred to JKpur Covid hospital.
Despite all attempts of doctors he lost his breath. He left his bereaved wife & 2 daughters. He was working as head clerk at Commercial Tax department posted at Nabarangpur.
Few days back he had his surgery in eye & was taking rest. Meanwhile oxygen level gradually slower for which he was admitted at DHH Rayagada & later shifted to JKPur Covid Hospital.
As a prolific writer, he wrote various epic writings where his 17 books filled with Odia literature published. As a renowned litterateur’s and he too shown upbeat to steer Odia literature among youth mass too.
On his death Collector Rayagada,Saroj Kumar Mishra;among legend writers Satyanarayan Gantayet, Dwiticharan Sahu,Susant Kumar Nayak,Dr.Dusmant Kumar Mahanty,Asutosh Patra,Golakchandra Dalei,Ram Prasad Bisoyi, Basudeb Patra paid tribute to departed Soul & conveyed their condolences to bereaved family members.
