8th Odia Classical Language Day observed at Gajapati

Paralakhemundi: Odia language declared among 6th other languages of India on 2014 by Government of India on 11th March.So to commemorate the day,at Utkal Hiteishini Samaj Conference Hall Paralakhemundi get together among literary lovers shinned to respect Odia language.

On this occasion chaired as President Gourachandra Panda; among other speakers Purnachandra Mahapatra,Pradhan Acharya of Saraswati Vidya Mandir Saroj Kumar Panda,Binod Kumar Jena,Asalata Panigrahi,Bichitrananda Bebarta,Bhagabat Padhi, Dr.Kalyani Misra shared to remember values and contributions of oldest language beseized  long 2000 years back. Eminent writers had their creamy layer to profound Odia where from Gangous to Godavari interpreted a great citadel. Despite pressure of foreign language like English still flow of writing a crystal that engraved at Khandagiri and Udayagiri caves during Ashoka and Kharavela reign. This indeed a hard fought to bring recognition Odia in national level too.

Mystery too christened even Aryan culture where a great recognition that still inking at Mahenjodaro & Harappa. Globalization too dissected among Odia lovers to enhance as career building to face challenges as literary jargon.

Fortunately by Late Chief Ministers like Nabakrushna Choudhry & JB.Patnaik who initiated Odia as official languages to acknowledge common persons grievances,still that yet to be carried out holistically. Need of hours to sustain Odia language even doomed on homely talk too where as coloqual language too drowning.
