Governor Felicitates Bhagyashri & Silu for Selfless Service

Bhubaneswar:Odisha Governor Ganeshi Lal on Wednesday felicitated Bhagyashri Sahoo and Silu Nayak for their spectacular achievements and selfless service to the society. Prime Minister Narendra Modi had recently praised Bhagyashri and Silu in his monthly Radio Talk “Mann Ki Baat.”
Felicitating Bhagyashri, the Governor appreciated her extraordinary talent and work in the field of Fine Art and Craft. Her passion, zeal, selfless devotion and energy are quite inspiring for others, he added. The Governor awarded her with a certificate of appreciation and a cheque of Rs 1.5 lakh on behalf of Biju Patnaik University of Technology of which she is a student in Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology, Sarang.
Governor Ganeshi Lal also appreciated Silu Nayak for his zeal, passion, selfless devotion and energy in helping rural youth to realise their potential and dream of getting into the armed forces. Silu Nayak has been providing training freely through “Mahaguru Battalion,” the Governor said and hoped it will inculcate the spirit of selfless service in many more lives and inspire them to work for the people and motherland.
