Vigilance SP & team Staged raid in Gajapati

Berhampur:The new Superitendent of Police,(Vigilance)Berhampur,Santanu Kumar Padhi with his team conducted a raid in Gajapati on today morning the very next day of assuming his new assignment as SP,Vigilance,Berhampur Division.
On his directive supervision the Vigilance team raided the house and office Nageswar Senapati,Jr.Engineer of Rauagada Block in Gajapathi District.
According to Padhi,SP, on the allegation of possession of disproportionate assets and on the strength of search warrant Issued by the Honable’ Court of Special Judge , Vigilance, Berhampur , our team conducted simultaneous search in six places relating to the properties of suspect officer Nageswar Senapati , Junior Engineer, Rauagada Block of Gajapathi District and his family members.
The simultaneous raid are being on progress at Residential house located in Jagannath Vihar, Parlakhemundi,One fly ash Brick Factory located in Minigam under Kasinagar Block ,Gajapati district, House of one of his relative namely Ch. Ramachandra Patra at Niyati Vihar Tower, near Sidhi Vinayak Temple, Berhampur, Paternal house at Village Kulagada Sheragada block Ganjam ,Office chamber at Rayagada Block and Residential govt quarter at Rayagada Block and The search is going on ,he added.
