Decent Accountability Shown by Berhampur Police

Berhampur:A large quantity of Gold Ornaments stolen from the jewellery shop Vinod Jewellers showroom and Kesav Jewellers showroom of Berhampur town weighing 295 grams was seized from two accused persons by Bada Bazar police which were recovered.
Informing this ASP Prabhat Rourtay said, from the accused persons Lokesh Srivas, Lokesh Rao and the receiver Devendra Soni were given in care to J.Ravi Kumar owner of Vinod Jewellers. Similarly gold ornaments weighing 187 grams which were recovered against the case no 259/2020 U/s 457/380 IPC from the accused persons Lokesh Srivas, Lokesh Rao and the receiver Devendra Soni were given in care to P.Satyanarayana Senapati owner of Keshav Jewellers.
Proving the result of success and integrity of Police on Thursday evening IIC Bada Bazar,Prashant Bhupati handover the lost Ornaments to the owners at Bada Bazaar Police station premises in presence of SDPO (City) Bishnu Pati.
