TRIBUTE TO PARALA MAHARAJA GOPINATH GAJAPATI

Paralakhemundi:Gajapati District Citizens Committee organized Condolence Meeting on the sad demise of Late Parala Maharaja Gopinath Gajapati.The Speakers expressed their Solidarity & deemed contributions of Late Maharaja by paying Floral Tributes on his Photograph. Being twice MP of Brahmapur Constituency he had a record of keeping voices in Parliament of the issues of Gajapati district.
Regarding commendable contributions of his Late Grand Father Sri Krushna Chandra Gajapati who was the Pioneer of joint Paralakhemundi in railway map in India through narrow gauge & his further steps to make broad gauge in between Naupada to Gunupur made full pledged communication to access Express train up to Gunupur could be successful.
On Irrigation Projects he regularly used to draft & address before State & Centre a unique one. He also contributed part of Jagannath Temple to Divine Life Society, Satyasai Divine Group that filled all Tranquillity for spiritual sanctity. Other various contributions also shared related education, health & agriculture.
Being a Chemical Engineer he could not sip towards comfortable package than followed every footings of his Beloved Grand Father for pro-people development. Being a partake financial support for Pilot Training from the latter Biju Babu could achieve his glorious feat as Pilot & paid his gift during his reign ad Chief Minister by declaring 14th District as Gajapati among other 17 new districts.That too Biju Babu’s son Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik too had an empathy to bear all expenses on Medical Treatment for long more than 2 years of Late Maharaja by admitting him from Chennai to Bhubaneswar private hospital through Govt support.
Those were rhythmic words vibrated among those Dignitaries & Citizens like Collector Gajapati Anupam Saha, SP Sarah Sharma, Sub-Collector Rajanikant Swain,MLA K.Narayan Rao,Bar Association President Ramnath Mishra,Basant Das,VSN Raju,PCMahapatra,GC Panda,Nngantayet,Binod Jena,Dr.Bharati Panigrahi,Dr.Kalyani Mishra,Bibhuti Patra, Pasteur Prabodh Kumar Nayak,Dwijen Padhi, Pradip Nayak,Antaryami Gamanga,BS Babu,Suryanarayan Rajguru.CUTM students too had a silent candle rally & paid their Tribute to departed Maharaja.
