89th “Police Foundation Day” was celebrated in Brahmapur

Berhampur, (Odishabarta): “89th Police Foundation Day” was celebrated by Berhampur Police District at the Reserve Police Round in Ambapua. As a guest Berhampur SP Sarvana Vivek M joined and took salute of the parade served by the police officers and personnel and remembered those Sahid who gave their lives for the security of the country and said that their sacrifice was extraordinary. Police has always maintained peace, security and good relations with the general public, the police need the cooperation of the people to carry out their work properly. So that the police can provide better services to the common people in the society. Brahampur SP Shri Sarvana Vivek said that every police officer and recruiter must perform their duties properly.

On the occasion of this Police Foundation Day, after reading the message of His Excellency the Governor of Odisha and Hon’ble Chief Minister of Odisha, Berhampur SP Felicitated a total of 9 Police Constables, Havildars, Traffic Constables and Police officer who have done outstanding work in various fields in Berhampur Police District. The officers and personnel of Berhampur police were awarded for their extremely commendable contributions in Policing the previous one year they are SI Bibhuti Sethy, ASI B.Tirupati, Hav. Brahma Narayan Samanatray, Constable Krusna Ch. Mahankud, Constable Santosh Behera, Constable Kanha Dakua, Traffic Constable Debendra Rao, Traffic Constable Tukuna Behera and Driver Tapan Ransingh for their excellent performance and dedication. Additional SP Ramesh Sethi conducted the event while all police officers and staff of Berhampur Police District were present and assisted in the Programme.
