86th Police Formation Day Celebrated at Berhampur Police Ground

BERHAMPUR: The Berhampur Police district celebrated its 86th Police Formation Day and Utkal Divas at its police ground situated at Ambapua in Berhampur on Thursday.
The celebration began the hoist of National Flag by the DIG (S.R), Satyabrta Bhoi,IPS in the presence of Pinak Mishra,SP,Berhampur, Senior Police Officers, staff members and scribes with Police band.
The 86th Formation Day address was delivered by Satyabrta Bhoi,DIG, In his address DIG,Bhoi highlighted on safety and security of people in our Society and overall the contribution for the people.” I extend my hearty greetings to all police personnel and people, training, specialisation and maintaining law and order are our priority,”.
All Cop should have learn more with the expectations of people from our existing system those public, Senior Citizens ‘needs our assistance an innovative way. The second aspect was Police Resources and Innovation. Research which will bring benefit to the people and the society is to be encouraged and a more humane approach needs to be developed. He said, “If there are problems, then there is bound to be solutions. Problems should not scare us, rather public should encourage us, Bhoi, said.
The SP, Berhampur Pinak Mishra address was highlighted the fact that the Berhampur District Police have made tremendous progress in the last 5/6 months by arresting in all sector of Criminals’ soon after of Corona Pandemic and especially the role played by Police to public with their politeness. He also acknowledged the fact there are many grey areas under this police district which needs to be free from crime.
SP, Mishra didn’t forget to compliment and Wish to all SDPOs’, Inspectors and all staff members for their remarkable achievement, co-operation as well support to the police administration.
During the occasion, Satyabrta Bhoi, DIG awarded with Citations to Prashant Bhupati,IIC,Badabazar PS,Sumeet Soren,IIC,Gosaninuagaon,PS and Suresh Tripathy,IIC,Town PS for their outstanding services.
The Programme saw large participation of all ASPs’SDPOs’DSPs’Inspectors’ People from Media, Senior Citizens’ Police family members, Police Staff and intelligentsia of Berhampur.
