Among them are the head of the news organization, secondly the editor in charge of editing the news paper and thirdly the journalists’.

The reporter is like the neutral green wire. But the news media is sometimes red. Sometimes black. What journalists write is often not published in a proper manner but published in a different format.

As a result, journalists are often subjected to harassment. Journalism cannot be taken up as a profession in these days.

Because of the salary, they are getting is negligible and many journalists are working without pay. He said in his introduction that journalism can be called an addiction.

Later, senior journalist Ravi Das, who joined as the keynote speaker, told the journalists that if journalists continue to serve news for the good and development of the society, the quality of democracy will increase along with the improvement of the oppressed and backward classes in the society and the economy of the country or the state, and a clear expression of political status can be found along with social status. Before our country got independence, the media was used by the father of the nation, Mahatma Gandhi, and other freedom fighters were able to gain independence. From that day the media has been called as the fourth pillar.

How many indecent acts are emerging in the society a single media is this rude Able to cope with the task. But In society using language behavior.

The changes that are taking place in print media, Electronic media and social media the media has a significant role to play in this appears to be living.
