31st QCFI- KORAPUT CHAPTER CONVENTION AT JK PAPER MILLS

Rayagada: (JKPUR):The 31st Chapter Convention on Quality Circles, Koraput Chapter was organized by JK Paper Mills on 21st & 22nd September 2022 at SC Jain Memorial Hall, Jaykaypur.
The theme of the convention was “Integrated quality Concept – The Gateway to global leadership”.
29 Quality Circles/Allied Circles teams from JK Paper Mills, Jaykaypur; NALCO, Damanjodi; Vedanta, Lanjigarh; Utkal Alumina ltd. Tikiri; Hoffincons, Jaykaypur; participated & presented their case studies.
The convention was inaugurated on 21st Sept. 2022 by Chief Guest Mr. Anurag Tiwari, COO Vedanta, Chief Judge Mr. Ram Shankar Das, Secretary, QCFI- Bhubaneswar Chapter, Chairman QCFI – Koraput Chapter followed with a cultural program.
In the valedictory function, which was held on 22nd Sept 2022 Mr. Vinay Dwivdi, EVP (Works), JK Paper Mills graced the occasion as Chief Guest and presented the prizes to the winner & Runner of the Programme. Mr. Pramod Kumar Behera, Group General Manager, NALCO graces as Guest of Honour.
The “Racers” team from Vedanta got the winner’s Trophy, The team “Sparkle” from JKPM got 1st runners up and the team “Discovery” from NALCO, Damanjodi got 2nd runner up awards.
Along with other dignitaries , Senior Officers of JK Paper Mills were also present. Mr R K Jha, Dy General Manager(HRD) proposed vote of thanks.
