Patna,10/01/24:A three-day farmer’s training programme on “Scientific Cultivation of Rabi Crops for Improving Farm Productivity and Food Security” was inaugurated at ICAR Research Complex for Eastern Region, Patna.

 This programme was organized under the collaboration project “Development of Zero Hunger and Zero Technology Gap Village through Innovative Interventions” of ICAR-RCER, Patna and ICAR-ATARI, Patna. The aim of this training is to enhance the knowledge and skills of farmers towards modern agricultural technologies for food security and better livelihood.

The training programme was organized under the guidance of Dr. Anup Das, Director, ICAR-RCER, Patna. Dr. Dhiraj Kumar Singh, Course Director provided insights into the outline of training programme during the inaugural session and interacted with the trainees. Dr. Ashutosh Upadhayaya,
