2 Arrested on Assaulted in Gajapati

Paralakhemundi: Based on complain by Babulal Chinagun of Badakhinga village under Paralakhemundi Model Police Station,where Muna Gouda & Pintu Patra of Brahmapur while on daily collections, were assaulted.As per information while they returned from collection near railway level crossing,they were brutally attacked by one Navin Nayak & his gang.
They threatened them & beaten brutally.Later they snatched ₹50000 cash & a mobile also a motor bike.
Later those goons kidnapped Muna Gouda & kept him at the residence of Chanti’s home at Sanjay Gandhi colony. They tied him & sarcastically beaten him.
Soon after the matter reached at Paralakhemundi Model Station, police rescued the injured Muna Gouda & admitted in DHH Paralakhemundi.Due to serious injury he has been shifted to MKCGMedical College Brahmapur.
On thorough investigation both Malgam Chanti(29) & Malagam Kalyan(23) both of Sanjay Gandhi colony arrested & forwarded to court.POCO Mobile & Honda Shine bike rescued from them. Investigation is going on said IIC Prasant Kumar Bhupati.
