2 ARMS SMUGGLERS ARRESTED BY ODISHA ,STF

BHUBANESWAR: In a operation by Odisha STF Police, have arrested two noted arms smugglers. They located near Dasapur Bridge under Chandaka Police limit on Thursday evening basing on our intelligence input.
According to a STF official, basing on intelligence info make known about illegal possession / Sale of fire arms by some arms smugglers our officers of STF intercepted the accuse persons and arrested.They were identified as namely Rakesh Jena and Bikash Behera.
During the search on spot we have recovered heavy arm and ammunitions, 2 nos of 7 MM Pistol with magazine, One Taiwan made Revolver,4 nos of Country made Revolver, One SBML Gun, One 7.62 MM live SLR with ammunition, and 11 nos of country made live ammunition. Both the noted persons were booked u/s.25/27 he added.
