17Yr.Minor Girl Rape by Doctor (Second GOD) With BSc (Nursing Degree) Assurance.

Berhampur,(24/06/25):On 23 June 2024 around 11 PM a 45 yr old woman reported at Baidhyanadpur police station that , her 17 yr old niece was raped by one Dr.Babani Shankar Das who runs a clinic in the name of Vajpayee Arogyadam.
During investigation it is found that 17 yr old girl is the daughter of the sister of complainant.
Mother of victim came in contact with Babani Shankar Das through an Anganwadi worker, a 50 yr old lady of their village.
Anganwadi worker lady promised the mother of the victim ( 17 yr old ) that She knows Dr Babani Shankar Das well and he gives free accommodation and education to poor and underprivileged girls and woman.
Believing the words of the Anganwadi worker , mother and sister of the victim along with the victim came to Vajpayee Arogyadam ( at Raja Rani Apartments near Courtpeta chak ) and met Dr Babani Shankar Das three days before.
He promised the family that he will get the girl BSc Nursing degree and provide free education and accommodation to her. Believing the words of Babani Shankar Das, the family agreed to let the victim stay in a accomodation suggested by the accused.
On 23 June 2024 , the 17yr old girl came with her aunt and cousin to join her at Vajpayee Arogyadam under him.
At 5 PM , they met him and as per his direction the family left the victim with the accused at his Vaj payee Arogyadam which is functioning in the first floor commercial space of Raja Rani Complex near courtpeta chak.
Around 7 PM, accused Babani Shankar Das took the girl to apartment number – 302 in the third floor of the same apartment ( taken on rent by Accused ) At that apartment – accused’s assistant one Priyanka Sahu gave some water to the victim to drink.
Baidhyanadpur Police station – Rape case : 1 male arrested & 2 woman arrested for abetment
After the incident , victim came back to her Aunt’s house and reported the incident to her Aunt. Her aunt and victim reported the matter at Baidhyanadpur police station.
Baidyanathpur PS case no – 314 dated 23.06.2025 u/s.123/64(2)(c)/351(3) BNS r/w Sec.6 POCSO Act was registered.
Medical examination of the victim was conducted. Scientific team visited the Vajpayee Arogyadam and the apartment and evidences have been collected.
Primafacie it appears that Bhabani Shankar Das is a fake doctor with fake Homeopathy degree. Investigation is going on regarding his degree and qualification.
Three Accused persons have been arrested :
1. Bhabani Sankar Das(47), s/o – Madana Mohana Das of Brahmin Sahi Podamari, PS-Patapur, at present – Niranjasn Nagar, Khodasing, Berhampur, PS-B.N.Pur.
2. Priyanka Sahu(21), D/o-Binod Kumar Sahu of VIP colony, Berhampur, PS-B.N.Pur. ( accused who took victim to the apartment at third floor and gave her water to drink. She works as receptionist at Bajbayee Arogyadam)
3. 50 yr old lady who introduced the victim’s family to the accused Bhabani Shankar Das.
