144 CrPC on Govt Land Conflict between 2 Villages

Paralakhemundi:Under Adava police limits of Gajapati district at Jhiliki & Guduripada for a government land disturbance occured since years together. On 2020 both rival communities were vis-a-vis, but police tried to pacify them & also with the presence of village heads reached at compromise where Sub Collector, MLA, BDO & block Chairperson were present. On khata ni 121 Jhiliki villagers used to cultivate that plot. But since few years Guduripada villagers cultivated maize by encroaching that plot. So betrayed on unauthorized cultivation Jhiliki villagers demanded 1.20 lakhs which in presence of administration agreement, they sold maize & repaid due too. Former Tehsildar Kalyanisanghamitra Devi according to district administration letter installed red flag in that area. But again while tried to dig that land by tractor & bullocks by Gudripadar villagers, Jhiliki villagers opposed. An FIR lodged at Adava police station, where IIC Anand Chandra Patra & RI Thabir Panda were presents& reinstalled red flag. Meanwhile conflict arised & Addl. Tehsildar assured to reach at compromise.
