10 Maoists died of COVID-19, 400 Plus affected in Chhatisgarh

Malkangiri : There was a meeting held before 20 days at the border of Sukma and Bijapur between the Maoist Sangathan of Odisha, Chhatisgarh, Andhra and Telengana . Almost more than 500 Maoists had attended from the said states. In that meeting many Maoists had been affected by CORONA without proper treatment. From any source the Superintendent of Police of Dantewada came to know that the Naxals are residing the near by village in between the jungle.  The SP Dr. Aviaekh Pallav of Dantewada district had given a proposal to surrender themselves, so that they can get proper medical treatment . But the Maoists ignored this proposal. As a result yesterday 10 Maoist of them died in Bastar jungle without any treatment. They completed the cremation work in the jungle where as more than 400 have been affected by CORONA (source) This situation of Maoists have made troubled to the tribal villagers of Bastar district.
