Bhubaneswar,The political drama in Karnataka has come to an end after BS Yeddyurappa the CM for 2 and half days quits as CM before the floor test was taken. This political drama unfolded since the declaration of the election result on 15th of this month when the BJP has won 104 seats with single largest party without full majority in the house. The mathematics started who is having what and how it should be protect after the stunning letter from the Hon’ble Governor of Karnataka inviting BSY to form Govt. and to prove his majority in the house within 15 days from the date of swearing- in as CM. Congress who had tested the bitter taste in Goa and Manipur in the last election because of their inactiveness, where BJP has formed the Govt. with other coalition parties, despite having less seats than Congress. This time the homework was done by Congress with full strategy and pushed them very hard with keeping MLAs in their control and rushed to Supreme Court at midnight with application against the Governor’s decision. Anyway the Apex court has given relief to Congress by minimizing the floor test days reducing to 2 days, which was suppose to be held on Saturday (today) at 4 pm. But before anything can happen, BJP has surrendered and BSY has resigned as CM before the floor test after giving his speech in the house which was emotional. Congress is now have some mental relief but what many beliefs that anything can happen in this coming one year because BJP under the leadership of Amit Shah, the strategy master has managed to showcase many incidents where political arithmetic have failed. The time will say what will happen in future but one thing is sure Congress should introspect on its leadership, if they want to perform better in coming 2019 general election.
