ODISHA BJP APPOINTS THREE MORE V.P

Bhubaneswar,23/03/19:Ahead of upcoming Lok Sabha and Assembly elections in the state, BJP Odisha announced names of three more vice presidents today. 

Kandhamal MP Pratyusha Rajeshwari Singh, senior leader Subhas Chauhan and state spokesperson Pitambar Acharya have been appointed as vice presidents in the Odisha wing of BJP by saffron party president Basant Panda.

“Their contribution will intensify and strengthen the organisational activities of the party during the elections,” BJP spokesperson and media cell chief Golak Mohapatra informed media persons during a press briefing.

FORMER DGP ODISHA PRAKASH MISHRA JOINS BJP

Bhubaneswar,24/03/19: Putting an end to all speculations, former Odisha Director General of Police (DGP) Prakash Mishra joined the BJP at a ‘Mishrana Parba’ here on Sunday in presence of Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and other senior leaders of the party. Apart from Mishra, ex-Congress MLA from Jaleswar Debi Prasanna Chand and former BJD legislator Brundaban Majhi also joined the saffron party. 

Addressing a gathering on the occasion of the joining ceremony, Mishra targeted the ruling-BJD and said, “In the last five years, the level of administration by the Odisha government has hit rock bottom and the people of the State now need a change of guard to free themselves from pain.” 

Mishra also clarified that he had never thought about joining a political party in his career, but after being inspired by the enthusiasm to work for the welfare of people under the leadership of PM Modi, he finally decided to join the BJP.

The former Odisha cadre IPS officer further called upon the people and leaders of the party to re-elect PM Modi for the betterment of people of Odisha and the country at large. 

During the Mishrana Parba ceremony, BJP campaign committee convener Damodar Rout came down heavily on the BJD and said that election tickets are on sale in the ruling party and it is on the verge of collapse.

AFTER BACK TO BJD PRAFULLA GHADAI GETS GRAND WELCOME IN SUKINDA

Jajpur, March 24: A grand reception was on Sunday given to former finance minister and BJD leder  Prafulla Ghadai at Sukinda upon withdrawal of his suspension from the BJD by the party President Naveen Patnaik.


 Mr Ghadai was welcomed at Pankapal near Duburi and taken in a procession of to Sukinda. Nearly 8000 bikers led the procession.


“I thank to my party President Naveen Patnaik for withdrawing my suspension order after long gap, however I still maintain my party discipline. I have worked for the BJD with all sincerity and will continue serve the party with dedication,” Ghadai said to scribe.
 

Stating that the BJD was the hope and aspirations of millions of people, the former minister said the party would be more strengthened now further he added.

Jajpur has always remained a fort of BJD and it will remain the same,”  Naveen Govt. believes in work not in word. The present govt has launched a plethora of welfare projects in the state with an aim to bring all round development. Besides, the BJD Govt. have been giving priority on improvement of education sector".The state is determined to mitigate the poverty in the state mainly the, poverty alleviation programmes. 
 

Odisha had great confidence in the leadership of Naveen Patanik and they would continue to repose faith in him. “The BJD government is trying to address every issues concerning people of the state. Our workers are always there for the common people, “ Government was focusing on infrastructure development in the state. Infrastructure development is key for socio-economic prosperity of a state and our government is very focused on it. We have achieved many successes on this front. 

Pritiranjan Ghadai, Sukinda MLA and son of Prafulla Ghadai, said his father’s guidance would enable him to serve the people in more vigorous way.

“My father is always my inspiration. His return to the party has emboldened me and enables me to serve the people of my constituency in a better way. Tribal’s of my constituency love him very much and they will now be very happy to get him back among themselves”.


Among those participated in the reception rally include Sukinda block chairperson Padmabati Jena , vice chairman Dibyaranjan Baral, Bhagyalaxmi rout ,Sukinda BJD Youth leader Pradip Kumar Mohanty  and others were present on this occasion.
 

People have more expectoration if Prafulla Ghadai will assigned with  some important responsibility from the party Prez the constituency will be  grow more with joint political sportsmanship of Dad and Son.
