Kalahandi,03/03/19: On Saturday the question paper of Tenth BSE examination is viral on mobile and it is viral mobile to mobiles. This kind of occurrence is happened in Kalahandi District during Board of Secondary Examination.
For the smooth and fair examination in the district the Board of Secondary Education Cuttack and Kalahandi District Administration have taken all precautionary measure and taken all safety measures for safe distribution of question papers in the examination centers from the selected Nodal centers one hour before the examination starts, to avoid any type of mischief at the examination centers.
Now it’s a matter of question to the Dist Education authority to explain and justify how the question paper got viral at Paramanand High School of Rengalpali under Jaipatna Police Station of Kalahandi District.
Taking a plea of excuse the DEO ,Sanjib Singh told to Media that due to shortage of staff for examination duty, teachers from the nearby Primary school were engaged on deputation and Puspanjali Dalpati Asst Teacher was one out of them who was engaged as reliever in the examination center at Paramananda High School at Rengalpali.
On 02.03.2019 Saturday it was scheduled for the examination of MTH (Mathematics) Subject and after the distribution of question paper the teacher Puspanjali Dalpati who was deployed as reliever rushed in to the examination hall no.4 and took photo snaps of the mathematics question paper of D” set from a student and sent through her mobile via What’s Up message, and it became viral , DEO added.
While talking to media DEO Mr. Singh said that the after knowing the facts he personally enquired the matter and as per the direction of the authority lodged FIR against the culprits at Jaipatna Police Station.
IIC Jaipatna says that, Jaipatna Police registered the same as case no 77 /2019 and after ground zero enquiry they arrested the main culprit Puspanjali Dalpati, along with Invigilator on duty Brajendra Behera and Center Superintendent cum Head Master Rabindra Mund and forwarded to court under the Odisha examination rule -1988 and after rejection of bail petition the accused persons are remanded to Judicial custody .
