Berhampur,16/06/19:Many customer of IOB Berhampur city feels the lacking of better customer services of their banking services especially on ATM services as well the SMS alert services.
Last couple of days it seems the ATM system working at Sales Tax junction and other place in city which is laying without security guards, hanged air conditioner and pass book updates machine is out of order in some branches. Many of places in city the ATM screen appears “The system is Out of Service” (?).
It pulled up the competition in banking business in city saying poor management of excessive delay in attending the services.
Today in the business competition era of banking business in compare to other Nationalised Banks and Private sector Banks are ahead to IOB.
However as they tied with some reputed clients like LIC of India and financed some big business community so, they “don’t care all about”, as the public says.
Its alarming time if the top authority not warned against irregularities and non-performing of SMS alert to their valued customers in context, it may be named as poor performing Bank of the city.
“It appears senior officers from Regional office are not reviewing these matters on regular basis and not taking timely remedial measures as required… This calls for urgent action on the part of all customers those running their account.
“Even, today we are badly experienced with their SMS alert services by making any transaction either debit or credit from their respective account.
Many of the existing customers collectively decide that we will not with IOB let that happen.”(?).
