From the very beginning , this nursing school was running smoothly by 13 tutors , 01 tutor for ten students each, but gradually, it has been neglected by the management  and no proper attention was given towards this service institution as a result the students of this nursing school are getting so many troubles in their day to day study life. They have been raising their voices for their basic needs, but the management of the school is not giving any attention for the grievances of the students.

On 29.03.2017, all the 116 students of GNMT School  wrote a 10 points demand letter and served to the various departments of M C Ltd including CMD, DT, DP, CVO, DF etcAngul  Collector, SP,Talcher Sub Collector , SDPO were being intimated to solve their problems, but no any concerns came  here to ask about their demands. The demands were to avail school bus for attending the community duty relating to their courses.

Establishment of a laboratory, library and a visitors room in the students hostel is urgently needed , otherwise the students are facing difficulties in their practical education as well as books for day today reference.

Appointment of sister tutors  to finish the GNM syllabus in time, only three tutors are engaged  out of 13 tutors, through which the students are getting much pain in completing their courses.

Providing boys and girls hostel are demanded time to time, but no suitable accommodation are provided to the students, they are adjusting themselves in B and D type quarters with much difficulty. The management was agreed to do this facilities earlier but , till date it is keeping with talk.

The students are attending ward duty during their academic session and are getting monthly stipend which is less than the stipend being paid to the students in other schools . The stipend  amount should increase immediately.
